Please use this post to sound off on anything related to Dunkin’ Donuts. Hopefully the company will catch wind of it and maybe we can get a corporate official to respond to the comments.
j.fred and scott agree that Dunkin’ Donuts should go back to using their old box style instead of switching over to the Krispy Kreme way of boxing up donuts. Stay the course man!
yeaH dunkin’ donuts…hope all your krispy kreme donuts do dunkin’ here in digos city, it’s only in davao city kasi and do we still have to commute pa going there just to buy donuts? i dont think so. hope meron ng branch of dunkin’ donuts here in digos city. pa-share naman dyan…i bet magiging “in” at mabenta yan dito kasi mahilig ang pinoy sa donuts! heheh! cool!! dunkin’ donuts you’re the best! i love you dunkin’ donuts!
Boy, do I miss Dunkin’ Donuts! I grew up in the Northeast and we had them all over the place. Now that I’m relocated to the South, I’ve got to travel 3.5 hours east or 2.0 hours west to get ‘em. Y’all so need to bring Dunkin’ Donuts to the Mississippi Gulf Coast!!! Yum…especially the cinnamon…oooohhhh.
PLEASE COME TO CALIFORNIA & SAVE ME FROM STARBUCKS HELL! I haven’t seen a good iced coffee since I left Connecticut. They call this place civilized? Silicon Valley - big deal - they still don’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts!
Dunkin of Hawaii Sucks, they don`t have Bagels, they don`t have half of what they are suppose to have, their always out of everything, the taste is`nt Dunkin, the ingredients are`nt dunkin, greasy balls of fat are what they are selling, delivery from a remote processing center, the worker`s don`t sanitize or where gloves before they serve you. I`d go to Starbucks before I go to Dunkin of Hawaii, plus I worked there for 4 years, I know what I`m talking about.
Please bring Dunkin’ Donuts to Western Australia… I really don’t like the fake colours & glazes of Donut King here!! It’s too sugary & too fake!! And their donuts don’t taste like donuts!
If anyone knows an outlet here in WA, please direct me to it… visit http://lizzenith.blogspot.com & leave me a msg, won’t ya? Pleeeease….
Oh Scott, while you’re at it, can u please get Ben & Jerry’s to come to Perth, Western Australia, as well? They have it at the eastern states… why not in the west?
next to starbucks decaf sumatra, dunkin’donuts decaf is the best ever. Scientific formula for making coffee… (a’ la starbucks) 6 oz. water to one scoop of coffee, then brew, or drip. if you over-do on the water, you’re drinking water!, and that goes for flavors too, coffee is coffee, no two ways about it, all the other flavors are a joke, but someone is surely making “the $” !!!
I grew up in NYC on Dunkin Donuts… but none here in California, we need you DD… KK are not the same, although one thing they do right, in my humble opinion, is let people taste free samples… giving customers a tasteee of the DD is a good PR / marketing technique (I’m a publicist)… and a writer. Get me some donuts!!!
I appreciate having Dunkin Donuts in Thailand, but my goodness, the quality is just awful! They serve donuts with green tea icing. The chocolate icing is NEVER mixed properly and is VERY grainy. The DD here in Chiang Mai NEVER have enough of any kind of good donuts; only the kind with jelly beans and coconut toppings are usually available.
PLEASE SEND A QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER TO THAILAND to show these guys what a real donut is supposed to be like. Mr. Donut looks better and better everytime I go to Dunkin and they don’t even have anything but jelly filled or green tea.
I worked at a Dunkin Donuts for a year. This comment doesn’t just go to the Dunkin Donuts Corp, it goes out to the world. We need to stop conformity (that includes making it mandatory to suggestive sell!) and we need to be able to connect with customers. I know people and did when I worked there and I liked to help these people getting their coffee in the morning, or ordering some obscene amounts of food for their daughters first sleepover. The point is, we need to stop the people behind the counter from becoming robots. Yes, they need to be trained to do well and work hard, etc. However, we shouldn’t have a forced smile on our face, and we should have a forced notion in our minds. We are people who work in customer service everyday. We have regulars and form bonds, even for a short while, with our customers. To everyone: PLEASE, let people be individuals and stop worrying about the possible monetary gain of suggestive selling and the forced conduct of a fast food chain. Whatever happened to a good old fashioned neighborhood coffee place? It can still be a chain but we don’t have to act like it.
DD just aint there in quality. I have become to understand that I should never expect a fresh made doughnut at DD. Unlike KK,…DD’s seem to set on the shelf longer. But really it doesn’t matter anymore. South Beach diet done killed those days. DD is a thing of the past.
ok d d lets get it together. nice that you are open 24 hrs in some places but the homeless in your parking lots is bit intimidating. also can you clean up your stores they are really grungy and unapetizing . sugar is bad for you but so is all the filth. lets spruce up those dunkin donut shops
we need a DD in Kokomo, In. which will include the ice cream counter that makes the Cappuccino Blast. they also need to consider bringing back the plain donut with the handle.
I LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts coffee - it’s the best there is. They need to put a bunch of stores in Sarasota, Florida. We have a lot of people here from the Northeast who really miss their coffee and donuts. They’d do well here - they’re really missing out!
I’ve been in New Delhi now for 6 months out of a 2-yr State Dept tour. Do I really have to cross the border into Lahore to get a dozen? And I see that there’s a service that lets you ship a dozen within Pakistan for not much more than buying a dozen at a store back in the US. Is there any easy way for me to get a dozen in India?
yup! DD is the best! I was born and raised in Maine and moved to Oklahoma for a while…you could say I moved back for the coffee, although, I must confess, it was more bacause it’s always been home and it has four seasons..ha! DD had a chocolate mint flavored coffee at one time and I absolutely loved it! I thought it would be a new seasonal coffee, but it’s never come back. I wrote them and their only response was to send me coupons, which although is nice, I would have preferred they brought the coffee back. Oh well! It won’t keep me from buying the French Vanilla.
Niknud Stunod I am not a big donut fan, but I do love the coffee. However, they don’t have a big enough selection. Go to Quick Check or WAWA, and you can make the coffe EXACTLY the way you like it. DD should make coffee stations instead of having someone behind the counter filling up your cup, and many times getting it wrong. After all, how know the way you like your coffee better then you.
Hey everyone, this is great!! Unfortunately, I have to stop at Starbucks every morning. Well, I suppose it’s not that unfortunate, they do have some cute women at the one I stop at. Anyway, I’d prefer DD coffee, but there’s just not one on the way to my office.
Anyhow, I made a post on my site yesterday about the sludge they serve in my office. The funny thing is that they call it coffee. Hah! Anyhow, here’s the content of that post:
Who does corporate think they’re fooling?
Seriously, who buys the coffee that we drink at work? They stock our breakrooms with coffee, tea, sodas, etc to keep us happy workers. But don?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t they know that we all stop at Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, or Carribou Coffee in the morning? Half of us love coffee and own $200 dollar coffee machines at home. Do they really expect us to drink the coffee at work and not complain about it?
And while we?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re talking about the breakroom, who are the morons that leave empty sugar packets laying on the counter? The trashcan is right next to you. You don?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t have to move. Twist your upper body to the right, and drop the trash in the trashcan.
I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m not done yet. I think it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the same folks that can?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t throw their trash away that get their coffee, and leave enough for a shot glass in the coffee put. Two problems exist here. One, with that little bit of coffee in the pot, it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s going to burn into the coffee pot (assuming the pot doesn?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t just explode from the heat) making coffee out of that pot taste like liquid crap. Two, it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s common-damn-courtesy to refill the pot with fresh coffee if you don?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t leave enough in the pot to fill up a cup.
I grew up on DD. My grandma would bring them (with Sunny D-YUK!) on her Sunday visits. Then I moved to Birmingham, Al. They decided to close all the DD. I have been very disappointed. KK puts that nasty chocolate stuff on their Bavarian Creme. I agree with another comment made—go back to the old style boxes. One thing I do like about KK is the ‘Hot Now’ sign. Although I have suggested that they put some wax paper down in the box so the doughnuts don’t stick. COME BACK TO BIRMINGHAM, AL–PLEASE!
I NEED DUNKIN DONUTS IN SAN DIEGO!!!! PLEASE!!! Its probably the best chain in America that isn’t nation-wide. i know that if there were a DD here, it would do VERY well… there are sooo many east-coasters out here. If I had the money to open up a franchise, I would do it in a minute!
Corporate, Please Read This Educated Theory on Your Unsuccess in California
Dunkin’ Donuts touts themselves as a National chain, yet they are not in all states…but they can fix it, and I think a big part of it will be advertising - because Dunkin’ Donuts DOES NOT KNOW NOR UNDERSTAND THEIR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER BASE…in California, that is. So here we go.
What is it with California? I grew up in CT, went to school in Boston, and I LOVE Dunkin’ coffee. Starbucks is crap in my opinion. They’re too slow, too expensive, and don’t taste that good anyway except for their Frappucinos which cost about as much as a pound of Dunkin’ coffee beans. Anyway, I moved to CA a couple years ago, and have since learned that Dunkin was here in the 90’s, left, came back in 2002, and left again? What’s the deal? Here’s my theory: I taught computer classes here for a while, and have met many Californians. Everyone I talk to I end up mentioning I’m from the east coast (or “Back East” as they call it here), and that I’m mad that Dunkin’s not here. And they invariably say “Oh, have you tried Krispy Kreme?” When I tell them “No, no, no, Dunkin Donuts’ big product is the coffee.”, they respond with “Oh, they have good coffee? I didn’t know that”. So, this leads me to believe that Dunkin’s problem is ADVERTISING. See, in New England, all you have to do is open a Dunkin’ and you’re guaranteed business. Because everyone there knows what it is!!! The only thought a customer has is “Hey great, now it’s closer!!” It simply will NOT work that way here. People out here don’t know what Dunkin is today: A low priced, high speed, quality coffee/latte shop that also sells donuts and sandwiches. In 2004, donuts made up only 14% of their revenue. The rest, was the coffee and lattes. People out here think of Starbucks, and Coffee Been & Tea Leaf, and Java City, as coffee shops. It’s a general understanding that donut shops, such as Winchells, Spudnuts, YumYum, and so on, have crappy coffee (and they do). Dunkin DONUTS, is naturally perceived as just another donut shop, because the name implies it and people don’t know any better. If Dunkin’ Donuts is to succeed here, they need to advertise big time - tv, news paper, radio, and specifically tout themselves as a seller of the best coffee in town - better than Starbucks and the rest, YET faster and cheaper. I have read online that outside the New England states, CA is the biggest customer of online coffee sales from dunkindonuts.com. I own seven Dunkin’ travel mugs, a Dunkin’ thermos, and an air-tight Dunkin’ coffee storage canister and I order their coffee online regularly. I’ve got the formula down pretty good, and I occasionally make a thermos full and bring it into work. And EVERY time, I have people try a cup and they all are VERY impressed with how good it is, and then they ask “So - there’s NO Dunkin’ Donuts in CA? Are you sure?” So, Dunkin’ Donuts, get your *** out here!!!! And another thing, why Sacremento in 2002? You need to open in the Los Angeles area!!! Everyone here is in a car all the time, and needs good, fast coffee!!!! In the mean time, we’ll be in line at Starbucks (when there’s time to wait that long), Krispy Kreme, and McDonald’s (since the former two don’t have egg sandwiches) giving THEM our money instead of YOU (except for the occasional $14 for a pound of coffee - $8 for the coffee, $6 for the shipping).
Stay with the existing cups and covers. Not that I heard otherwise, but don’t tinker with it. DD is the ONLY coffee cup I can rely on - the lid stays on, the cup doesn’t squish at the top, and they rarely leak around the cover. Well, unless the wait person forgets to secure the cap….
Your Dunkins store in Abingdon, MD, has markedly improved under new management. The new folks are friendly and I can usually expect them to have any donut I order, regardless of the time.
I agree with previous comments to go back to the old style box. It’s much easier to handle, fits better on the bucket seat or floor, and doesn’t mimic your KK rivaL’S style.
I like the DD coffee cups, too, and the temperature of the coffee served–hot but not scalding. Personally I like the consistency of what “a coffee with cream and sugar” tastes like at DD; having someone serve me is just fine! The price is right, too.
Thanks, too, for your donation of coffee to soldiers in Iraq. HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT a radio spot about this great idea?
Don’t ever let the Abingdon store run out of Bavarian creams or jelly donuts. They’re my fave.
I have been looking for a place to complain about my X favorite coffee in the world! But now that I can finaly speak my mind, I can’t think of a way to express the problem without sounding like a racist.
The very last Dunkin Doughnuts in my area has remodeled with a great drive up feature. Of course this is not the complaint……. My complaint……..STALE COFFEE…….NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY OR EVENING!…..ask for extra cream……..you get milk……….EVERY TIME……..Why would I want to pay $2.00 for a cup of coffee I can get for less than a dollar at a gas station?
Why am I so mad that I had to search the web to complain to Dunkin Donuts? Because it is…….or was my favorite coffee and WAS worth every penny.
The first time I ever recieved a bad dunkin Donut coffee was near my daughters dancing school after it was remodled about 4 years ago. The new owners were foreign , somewhere from the middle east. I figured it might have been an off day, the next few times same thing. I asked politely if they could make sure the coffee was a little fresher. I heard mumbling in another launguage and slamming. I did recieve a fresh cup , but of course with the atitude I never returned to that store.
The other store near my supermarket did the same thing. The new owners were from the middle east I never had time to stop there to begin with because it was always so busy in the past. But I go in to grab a coffee on the run since I was the only person in there.
Well coffee wasn’t stale………IT WAS WATERED DOWN!……..no cream either, not even milk, tasted like skim milk in half coffee half hot water.
OK, well a little further away from my house I spot a Dunkin Donuts , this one was falling apart, had a bucket on the floor for drips of water comming from a huge old stained ceiling, you had to walk past to get to the counter. The TV was on, to an Iranian station about the war, the owner was watching and shouting something in a another language when the president came on……..At the time my son who is a Marine was in Iraq fighting with his life for this jerks freedom who is shouting who knows what and raising his fists at the TV. He finally turns to me who is standing there dumb founded and grumbles “What you need?” I felt like I was in a Seinfield episode and was standing infront of the soup nazi. I walked out, so I’m not sure if that coffee was stale or not.
Stopped at the Sunoco that has a Dunkin Donuts, the owner or worker looked like they were from India was just sitting there looking out the window. I said ” A great one with extra cream please” the lady asked “Is THAT all you are getting?” When I said yes, she got up seemed very annoyed that I disturbed her from her window gazing slammed the coffee on the counter…….didn’t taste cream, and the coffee tasted like the bottom of the Mississipi River!
Now, my closest, last and only Dunkin Donuts a few months ago, anounced that the store was closing for renevation. The owners before the closing were from China. I never, ever received a stale coffee from that store, no matter what time of day or night. And always received cream.
But a month or so later it reopened, and the owners which I had no doubt in my mind were going to be from somewhere from the middle east sure enough were.
First 3 times I received cream and the coffee was good, not great. But it only took 2 months to receive milk and stale coffee. I tried all different times of the day, even on a Sunday Morning? How can this be? I just noticed this store when rebuilt use the big coffee urns instead of pots. And being a waitress for over twenty years, know the reason why the coffee is always stale is because the urns are not being cleaned.
I recently noticed they aren’t half as busy on a Sunday morning anymore as I drive past Dunkin Donuts to get a great cup of coffee at a much better price at WAWA
DUNKIN’ is the only way to fly !!! Honey Dew doesn’t even come close. Their coffee tastes like dishwater, bagels are terrible, and not much of a selection of donuts !! AHH !!!! I feel much better now……………
Here in Southern New Jersey, we’ve got DD’s all over the place. Enough to spare- anyone want one? It’s nice to be able to go one mile in any direction and find a place with good doghnuts and coffee. Arouns here, we’ve also got Wawa, a convenience store that is incredibly good. So, us South Jerseyans just go hopping from one DD to the next. Come down and visit the Eden of quick, good food! (We’re also full of diners.)
Bring back the Coffee Roll Combo! It was great. Now, a coffee and 2 donuts are cheaper than a single coffee and a single coffee roll. It doesn’t make sense. Also, why don’t ALL DDs make apple fritters?
I have been drinking coffee and eating bagels, donuts, and egg sandwiches at DD’s for about 12 years or so. I will continue to do the same but my only grip is that I think your iced coffees are too expensive??? If there is a reason for the price I would love to know.
I am actually drinking a large iced coffee from DD’s right now and I just paid $2.26 for it…COME ON! Why????
We live just southeast of Charlotte, NC in Union County…the 5th fastest growing county in the US…and there are NO Dunkin Donuts here. There are 4 in Uptown Charlotte but none here. Everyone here talks about how great it would be to have one nearby. Neighborhoods and shopping areas are popping up like crazy…please put a store here…Jack (john.green@stanly.org)
G’day from Australia. Which in Australian slang means “How are you going friend”? As an Australian I have to say I’m a bit disappointed with DD. You guys are being creamed by Krispy Kreme big time over here. As a great lover of your donuts, having sampled about 50 kilos or approximately 100+ pounds of your doughy delights, over a space of a a 15 month trip to the USA. I would love to see dunkin donuts take a foothold on the Aussie market. If I had a spare 150 grand I would consider this myself. I know this maybe unpatriotic of me in the Australian way ie. not keeping Australian money in Australia. But hey, I’d say at a guess, 90% of the population have yet to sample your vast variey of those little holey treasures. I guess it really wont b to far away. PS my favourite was your coconut covered ones, cant remeber what they were call, and off course your glazed ones.
Oh yeah. On top of Australia being quite uncontaminate with DD shops. To add insult to injury, I just finished ordering a dozen KK thru my sisters work, I can not tell a lie. They are my second most favourite donut in the world. But still you are the variety kings.
i live in Jakarta Indonesia and i went to DD to get a ice tea so i sat down and i look out the window and there was this huge cockaroach crawling up the glass it was sooo gross! and then it like fell on me and the ppl working there were al laghing at me. very mean. so gross iam never gona set foot in a DD agian ever!
Yeah Dunkin Donuts…..I worked there for many years until I was screwed by my store manager. She is Portuguese as all the other stores in my area are. They hired Illegal Immigrants to make their donuts and sell their coffee and paid them well above what they paid “americans”. They actually think Americans are stupid and are not afraid to say it.
You oughta get all the stores open 24/7 to be listed on the only website resource on the planet for information about businesses open 24 hours a day–NightPages.com. Then someone can find a DD in the middle of the night when they need one.
The Dunkin Donuts Owners at the 206 Shelburne Road Store in Burlington Vermont are so inconsiderate and disrespectful that they won’t let their hard working employees take tips from customers. That’s disgusting. These owners are making a fortune with the prices they charge but won’t let employees get tips. Figure that one out.
I used to work at a Dunkin Donuts for 10 years before my “retirement” I could run 90%+ of the daily operation and had a Gold Pin with the word “Manager” on it. It didn’t mean much when I was promised a store after a new opening and a remodel. Well the new store was up and running and the remodel was done and I was still working as an assistant manager with the manager title. I waited to hear that i would start managing the store on my own as the store Manager was going to be a Regional Manager for some of the over 1000 stores owned by the same Family. Instead of getting my own store, I was told I was going to get offered a bakers job in a store 45 minutes drive away. I said I would not accept the job and 3 months later I was fired for “telling people confidential information about a store manager” What a bunch of C@ap. The store manager gave me a title and forgot to mention it to the owners. I was told I had to lie when MY Boss was on vacation and say boss was in other store. Owner caught on and thought I was lying….Boss did not fess up…..I got ripped off of 10 years of work as a Baker, Cleaner, Counterhelp, Stock Stacker, Landscaper, Paver, Painter, Plumber, Assistant Manager, Manager to get “There is no trust here anymore”….and be told I was WELCOME to come into the STORE and PURCHASE Items……Its never about the buck….its about the FAMILY and the family’s dollar……
Corperate, Please read… I read a post by Rob from CA and he nailed the problem right on the head. Perception of your stores, I see as I travel the Nation for business, is that you are a doughnut shop. I know you have great coffee and so do all your fans…(you know the millions of us from Chicago to the Eastern seaboard). What I don’t understand is how I can talk…which is what I do as a professional Motivational speaker…to so many people only to find out they are either a closet DD coffee fan or have never had it. It is a really unusual thing for me to meet someone who will say “I didn’t like it.” I would like to suggest something:
Perhaps you could promote free hot coffee samples in select areas the way someone else promotes their supposed tasty round pastries…or select every monday from 6-7 am to do a buy one get one free or office specials…get little DD office brewers with supplies out to businesses and see what happens. Rob is right…it’s about the coffee…the coffee!
My dog also loves DD…see a pic at my blog… www.nssr.blogspot.com …It generates a lot of conversation from people. I used to have it on my business website and everyone wants it. What do you think?
I love dunkin donuts. I have moved te the west coast and there is NONE HERE! How come Berlin, Germany, has 3 (!) dunkin donuts and San Francisco has none? It would be great if DD would expand westwards instead of eastwards!
I once loved Dunkin’ Donuts as much as the next guy… and yes, the coffee still rules… but the fact remains, in only a few short months, my home (the home I am sitting in right now as I type this) will be demolished… leveled… flattened… so that a Dunkin Donuts can be built. And the thing is, there is one here in my town already… a mile down the road… and two miles beyond that, there is another. I mean, is it really necessary, I wonder? Do we need the stuff that badly that we need to flatten this lovely home to bring it all one mile closer… to what, to whom… for what, for whom? And this is such a sweet small town new-england-kinda-house… old, yet sturdy… oozing with mystery and history… It’s true — she will be killed for the coffee… *sigh*… It’ll be a sad day for me (as well as my four children…) Soon, it will be time to say goodbye, becoming instead “Time to make the donuts…”
I just wanted to shout out to “Pat” the Drive-Thru lady at my DD North of Boston. She is fabulous and always says good morning to everyone and has a huge smile on her face. At Christmas time she passed out candy with our coffee. Just her little gift to us. It is unbelievable what a difference a happy drive-thru attendent makes on morning. THANK YOU PAT!!!
From Warner Robins, GA. Was so happy Dunkin Donuts came to town last summer, but this is not a Dunkin Donuts like up North! Come on, they told me D.D. has never made a coconut covered chocolate donut and no more of the original Dunkin Donut! And even after almost a year in operation the staff cannot make the specialty coffees! We need help in Warner Robins! Please bring back the original Dunkin Donut!
I grew up in the North on Dunkin Donuts. Now that I have relocated to Arkansas they are the only thing I miss. Tried the “Krispie Kreme” thing. YUCK~!!! We NEED a Dunkin Donuts in Arkansas, PLEASE!
I’ve stopped at Dunkin Donuts almost every morning for the last 12 years for hazelnut coffee. This morning the Dunkin Donuts in Falmouth, Maine notified us that they would no longer be serving freshly brewed hazelnut coffee, but that they would be dressing up regular coffee with a shot of flavor. I was willing to give it a try. It was disgusting. Dunkin Donuts has lost a long-time customer. I can’t believe that more people are not going to lodge their complaints about this neo-Starbucks turn of events.
In response to V Latella’s post… Yeah, there was a Dunkin Donuts in New Haven, CT that was doing that…it was disgusting. They put way too much syrup in and it didn’t taste right anyway. I was going to report them to Dunkin Donuts corporate, but never got around to it. Maybe you should go to DunkinDonuts.com and see if there’s a way to report that particular Dunkin’, because they’re probably not supposed to be doing that.
I grew up in West Texas with Dunkin’ Donuts, I totally loved them. When I was a little girl my brothers used to get these easter egg donuts from my grandparents for easter. I used to be so jealous of them, and I asked my dad where my grandma got them from. He said the DD when I became old enough to buy my own stuff I went looking. I walked into DD (at easter time of course) and asked for those yummy looking egg shaped donuts. The chasier told me that sadly they had dicontinued the egg shaped donuts. With tears in my eyes I walked out empty handed. Now a lady in my twenties and still determined to get some of those so cute donuts Im on a hunt. If anyone has info. on anything of this nature please contact me. ypookie1@yahoo.com
A friend of mine just reported horrible news from Dunkin?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ Donuts. We only hope that he, or the employee he talked to is mistaken. My friend wishes it known that he is also horrified by the thought.
In New England (atleast), DD offers flavored coffees. When visiting other areas of the country, we shy away from DD, because we?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve caught them using syrups to flavor the coffees. My friend was told by an employee that all Dunkies are going to go to syrups.
dunkin Donuts franchises are currentlt just defrosting the donuts then leaving them sit out exposed to open air to get stale then they over charge for donuts that are hard as rocksthose of you with no dunkin donuts nearby are not missing anything
S.O.S. I AM TRYING TO GET SOME DOUGHNUTS OVER HERE IN IRAQ, FOB ANACONDA. MANY PEOPLE LIKE TO START THEIR DAY WITH A DOUGHNUT OR JUST HAVE ONE TROUGHOUT THE DAY. COOKIES ARE ALL RIGHT BUT THEY ARE NOT DOUGHNUTS. CAN YOU HELP ME? I AM WILLING TO PAY TO HAVE THEM SENT OVER HERE, JUST TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO. SINCERELY!!!
HI, I LOVE MAPLEFROSTED DONUTS, THE DD IN SLATERSVILL, RI ARE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF THEM. CAN’T THEY ORDER MORE, IT SEEMS THEY MUST SELL A LOT IF THEY ARE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT.
your dunkin donuts store in reford is filty i don`t mean the store is filty but the way they handle their donuts.i have seen them take donuts out of the store in the snow uncovered, put them in a filty car take them somewhere bring them back, and put them back on the rack to be sold.they allso do it in the rain.just today when they thought that i was gone the girl went out in the back and took some out of the car.they are luck they haven`t killed someone with food posining or some other jerm.i use to by donuts there but now the safest thing to buy is coffee and ice cream.there is no health cards noone washes their hands the baker stays in the toliet. this complaint is for the corporate heads.not to put all stores down but this one is filty and the same people own all of them. my next step is to get the health department to look into this and anybody else that it may take.
FROM SUFFOLK VIRGINIA !!!!!! WE NEED A DUNKIN DONUTS STORE IN TOWN, THERE IS NO STORE, YOU COULD MAKE A FORTUNE, WE JUST GOT A CHICK FIL-A, WE’RE MOVIN’ UP. RIGHT NOW I DRIVE TO NORFOLK OR PORTSMOUTH VIRGINIA FOR THOSE NEEDED “DONUT DAYS” THER ARE THOUSANDS OF HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS GOING UP, FROM MIDDLE TO UPPER CLASS INCOMES, THIS IS WHERE ITS AT, PLEASE COME.
Dunkin Donuts what were you thinking? First you took away the counters. I can live with that. Then you stopped baking your donuts in store. I can live with that but I really miss the bismarks. Now you have gone to far you have messed with my coffee. I started out years ago drinking coffee light with 3 sugars and now drink Black 1/2 hazlenut 1/2 regular. I noticed that lately my coffee was not tasting as good and had a little aftertaste/bitterness. While going through my drivethru today I ordered my coffee and was told that D&D is now using flavor shots for coffee. Yeeech I thought my taste buds had changed when all along it was D&D taking something else from me. When you add a flavoring to coffee you are introducing something that is foreign to the purity of the taste. Dunkin Donuts you should be ashamed of yourself. What made the difference between you and the competition was the fact that you brewed coffee and they flavored coffee now you are no better. I hope other people feel the way I do Dunkin Donuts you have 1 less customer today. I will brew my own from here on out
Hi there, Dunkin Donuts people! I noticed a lot of people complaining like myself, that there are no DD’s on the West Coast, and that they’re using flavor shots in stores now?? Well, I just went and complained to them on their own site. If you go to https://dunkindonuts.com/aboutus/contact/ you can send them feedback, which I’ve done before, and sometimes even gotten e-mail responses. But anyway, maybe if enough people complain to them about their lack of shops in the West and the disgusting flavor syrup crap, they’ll reconsider a couple things. Granted there’s probably a fairer chance they won’t care, but as they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. So hit their site, go to About Us, and click Contact Us and tell them what a shame some of these things are. Alrighty then. Off to Starbucks or Coffeebean or Peets now, because sadly that’s all there is out here. Have a nice day!
I am sick of the increases .About every month there seems to be a couple cents increase .Please if you can stop increases the price it would be great .I actually am thinking about replaces going to d.d. with a coffee pot at work for all the guys .they are not happy with the price either. Thanks Elaine
Hi, We need you desperatly here in Central Florida. Our city is increasing repidly every month. More people are moving this way from Orlando which is just above us. Housing is going crazy here. There are new office buldings, 2 new super Wall marts going up, and there are more people than ever without a Dunkin Donuts to pull into. You can only buy Krispy Creams in a suppermarket and their awfull. Every one i talk to says the same thing. Why hasn’t a Dunkin Donuts come to the area yet, everything else has. More and more pelple are also moving here because of the prices to live on the coast is too high for them. Central Fl. is becoming very built up.
look donkin donuts loves i just worked there for about a year in Maine and they don’t even use real favor coffee any more they use the favor shots now and the coffee does not even tast the same and they treat their worker unfairly and there is a ass. manger asking underage school kids that work there how much it would be to if two underage girls sleep with him at the same time now come on how would you feel if that happend to you or any of your underage kids i know that i would not be too happy with that this is just a worker that is trying to give you people the truth will have a good day and think about where your underage child wants to work next or even working right now!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Wife and I have been fans of Iced Hazelnut coffee, recently they have changed from brewed hazelnut to adding some type of syrup to regular coffee and all we can say is boo. Won’t but it, we think it’s a rip off.
Your newest commercial which shows people falling out of a building, slamming into the sidewalk isn’t too amusing here in New York City. Do you have any common sense at all, have you read a paper in the last few years or is Dunkin Donuts run by terrorists. What type of “mind” thought this up..what type of “mind” o.k.’d it for airing. This IS a good comMercial….FOR KRISPY KREME!
WHERE IS MY FRESH BREWED DUNKIN’S HAZELNUT, cream NO SUGAR!!! Many Dunkins Donuts facilities have recently stopped brewing fresh flavored coffees and have, as an alternative, opted to using some nasty flavored (sweet) syryps to flavor the regular coffee. What on earth are you Dunkins people thinking??? For many many years, I have bought at least 2-3 Dunkin Hazelnut coffees per day, with cream NO SUGAR. If fact, I DESPISE sugar in my coffee. The flavor shots being used now in place of the real thing all contain sugar and, therefore, I have thrown the last coffee I bought down the sink. Until Dunkin Donuts brings back the fresh brewed Hazelnut coffee, I will be buying my 2-3 cups a day elsewhere. By the way, this has really messed up my day!
Hi, I’m originally from NYC and grew up with Dunkin Donuts…..now that I’ve moved to California…there are NO DD!! I miss DD!! KK just doesnt cut it for me, neither do the little mom & pop donut shops. Is there any chance that DD will ever come to California? pat6462@hotmail.com
6/3/05 - Linda J. Every dunkin donuts that I have been too in the past new weeks is introducing their new flavor shots instead of using the french vanilla, hazelnut bean, etc. for flavored coffee. I reside in CT and from all the people I have talked to about this change, no one is in favor of it. Therefore I don’t visit dunkin donuts anymore because it is terrible with the flavored shots. VERY SAD!!!!!
the flavored coffee at dunkin donuts has been replaced with those flavored syrups and they SUCK!!! i will no longer go to dunkin donuts for coffee…i will buy my own and brew it at home!!!
I will no longer puchase a cup of Hazelnut coffee as it tastes awful and also leaves an after taste. Dunkin’ Donuts is going down hill with these flavor shots.
You put the cool in coolatta and the grounds in underground by sponsoring Little Steven’s underground garage. I like Krispy Kreme donuts better, but haven’t eaten one since the show went on the air. Also, I’ve discovered my wife loves your hazelnut coffee.
- Tom Blumenfeld 133 29th St. Brooklyn, NY 11232 (you have a shop on 4th & 26th and one on 3rd in the low 20’s)
i believe that the employees of dunkin donuts in binghamton ny main street location need to get a piece of mind and be courtious to their cuystomers ….. yeah we are talking about you brandy stone…… get some manners!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven’t seen the Turbo Ice coffee in the stores yet, but i’m UBER excited about it. I love the new flavors, although i’m still a French Vanilla girl at heart. The web site you guys did was cool. I like how you roll over things in the room to find something new. The game is cool! It only took me 3 times to make it through!
I, like alot of people, transported from New England to the South… now, there are 3 DD’s in Myrtle Beach, SC but none in my little town of Conway, SC… There are no other coffee shops in Conway and nobody wants to drive 20 miles to the beach for it… PUT A DD IN CONWAY, SC!!!! PLEASE!!! Also, When people travel to Myrtle Beach, 9 out of 10 are coming right through Conway…. Highway 501… look it up! Hope to see you soon!!!!
SAY NO TO SYRUPS! Never thought I’d ever have a need to post on a Dunkin’ Donuts board, but I am really disgusted about the change to syrups. Dunkin’ Donuts HAD the best flavored coffee in NY - but that is now past tense. My friends and coworkers will no longer be heading to DD to get our flavored coffees. We all HATE this change. Haven’t spoken to one person who approves.
FLAVOR SHOTS SUCK!!!!! They may be good for blueberry, coconut, and what ever non coffee drinkers like, but please bring back HAZELNUT and FRENCH VANILLA!!!! D&D you are loseing a lot of customers!
I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER AS LONG AS YOU USE FLAVORED SYRUP! YOUR GREAT COFFEE NOW SUCKS!!!!!!!! I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE GAS STATION WHERE THEY USE FLAVERED BEANS FOR MY FAVORITE HAZELNUT!
There are Dunkin Donuts in Tallahassee but thats over 80 miles away!! You should build one in Dothan AL. or Panama City FL. We live in between these cities. Grew up in R.I. where theres a D.D. on every corner. There’s a Krispey Kremes in each of these cities, but they’re just wicked nasty! I don’t understand how anyone can eat that sh**. I need a closer shop!
I love Dunkin’ Donuts and this blog is a great way for people to speak their minds, but Dunkin’ needs a way to stay in touch with customers on a daily basis. I know some restaurants let you take surveys and leave voice message, that would be great if I could let Dunkin’ corporate know my thoughts and latest experience at a store. Anyone else have suggestions?
The Williamsburg, Virginia store is a dump. Old and dirty both inside and out. Not one nickle has be spent to maintain this store. Chairs are broken, grass and shrubs are dead - lone tree appears to be dying - Store should be bulldozed. Avoid the store.
I’ve always liked Dunkin Donuts, but I refuse to go to another until that awful radio commercial is off the air. I’m talking about the one with 3 or 4 friends talking about what they should do.”I don’t know, what do you want to do” They take a sip of the new flavored coffee and suddenly they sound like they’ve just taken drugs! I swear I think this EVERY TIME I HEAR THIS COMMERCIAL. It makes me wonder if you have test groups listen to these spots. I hope you’ll reconsider this advertisement
The Fayeteeville store just doesn’t get it. Being from Massachusetts I’ve always enjoyed a good cup of coffee from DD, but I think the employees here need to go to Massachusetts to find out what DD is all about. Disappointed in Fayetteville
It is very good coffee. I agree with those who say that it is better than Starbucks. However, lately I have been having more and more trouble getting what I order. I say Hazelnut, I get plain or Vanilla. I say Equal or no sugar, I get sugar. They really need to get their staff on board with getting orders right.
I agree with the comments about the Fayetteville, NC store. The coffee there is unpalatable. If you?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re lucky, it tastes like weak, burned DD coffee. Usually, however, it tastes like dirty, tepid water. You can get a better cup of coffee at a gas station than you can at that store. Most of us from New England stationed at Fort Bragg were very excited when the Fayetteville store opened, but now we?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve gone back to getting our coffee from Krispy Kreme on Bragg Blvd. It?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢d be nice if someone from corporate headquarters would come down here and fix the Fayetteville store before it goes out of business. When the store first opened a couple of months ago there were lines out the door. Now the place is deserted.
I recently experienced very rude employees at you New York store located at 125th Street and Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan. On June 19th, 2005 @ approximately 12:30 A.M. I asked your employees ( one female/one male) for a little assistance and was ignored for about twenty(20) minutes. I was so disgusted I no longer wanted to place my order and haven’t been back since until you straighten out your employees attitude.
Your company opened a new store in Laurel Md. It’s been open for a very short time, and already they sold me bad donuts. If I had wanted a door knocker I could have gone to a hardware store. Shame to the management of that store for letting such bad products remain on the shelf to be sold. When I got to my job I went in my bag to eat a donut, and was not able to. .
hello my name is benjamin pierce i have a comment about the coffe muggs i live over seas and im looking to import these muggs in my business (i dont want to have to travel back and forth to miami to purchase them can someone tell me how i might purchase them over the internet
im looking to import the coffee muggs to cartagena colombia currently there is no dunkin doghnuts here but there is in bogota however they dont have the muggs can someone help me with this problem e-mail me at joseph_pierce62@yahoo.com
I love Dunkin’s so much I decided to work there as my summer job: BIG MISTAKE. I worked at one that was in a gas station. My reasoning behind this was that it closes at night, so I wouldn’t be getting weird hours. Once hired as a part-time employee, however, I began closing the store by myself nearly every night. I would generally be on my own from 3-11, dealing with the rush hour when people began to come home from work. (I won’t even discuss the horror that is working by yourself on a weekend afternoon. Suffice it to say that people are very impatient and rude when you are working alone.) In any case, I just wanted to call attention to the fact that there are stores like mine out there, with horrible managers who should never have been given authority. Mine would call and yell at me if I hadn’t had time to get everything done the night before, but never offer help. She couldn’t fire me because so many people quit when she was made manager that we were desperately understaffed. I couldn’t quit until now because I needed the money for college. I’m really hoping that someone from Dunkin’s will read this and take a closer look at all their stores. This sort of thing is unacceptable from any employer.
I am a 2-4 grade special eeducation teacher and my students and I would really appreciate free donut coupons to be used as homework incentive. Please respond; Thank you!
What would Mr. Rosenberg think?
Mr. Rosenberg, the founder of Dunkin Donuts, would not approve of the mass comercial changes made by his former company. To start with the flavor shots suck. It was DD’s fresh brewed French Vanilla coffee that made me a regular coffee drinker. With flavor shots my coffee never tastes consistant from cup to cup. Too much flavor shot results in a sweet unnatural tatse. Too little, why bother. And then there are the too numerious times to mention that they either forget to put it in or run out. Part of a good cup of coffee is the aroma. There is no aroma with flavor shots.
Your bakde goods are nothing more than premade frozen foods that are now cooked or warmed up at the store. Do you even “…make the donuts” anymore? Most are the concsistancy of plastic. Your crullers look like sometype of space food gone wrong. Most of the time the muffins, bagels and cookies are either burnt or under cooked. As for the new danish, I can get better danish at the super market frozen food section. Here in the northeast, the home of Dunkin Donuts, new Donut shops like Tim Horton and the tradional local country donut shops make donuts the old fashion way. Honey Dew has long since gone the way that Dunkin Donuts is now taking. The only refreshing thing to come is the new lattes, but in all honesty Starbucks makes a better latte. Dunkin DOnuts should return to their roots of good coffee. But I guess that doesn’t spell out corprate profatability. But since DD seems to maket to the late teen and early 20 something crowd they will continue to brainwash customers into thinking their changes are for the consumer good. The reality is that your true customer base is the 30-40 something crowd and they will continue to look for something better and better won’t be hard to do if DD stays on their current course.

I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve been aghast lately at a new rule that seems to be pervading local Dunkin Donuts ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú the 3 munchkin minimum. Last night at a DD in Revere, I was told they have a 4 munchkin minimum. What gives here??
I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m annoyed by it and am questioning where it came from. Why would DD make such a stupid rule? I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢d love to post this on your blog for discussion/input, but not sure how to do that.
Hello. I am just trying to find where I can buy the same syrup they use in the cappaccino blast. I am addicted to them, but they are too pricy to have all the time. I have searched the net and have not been able to find anyone who can tell me the syrup they use and where to buy it. I appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you,
Penne
Indeed….Dunkin Donuts…you *REALLY* need to come back to California. I live in the Los Angeles area and all we have are Krispy Kreme, Winchells, and various Mom & Pop stores. You used to be here like 12 years (?) ago but I guess you got scared off. All you need to do is look at how POPULAR Krispy Kreme is out here and you’ll realize that you’d be more than WELCOMED back. Califorina (particularily Southern CA) has a reputation for “healthy” eaters, and I’m sure that’s why you left (or perhaps sales weren’t hot at the time). Well, we’re back to eating FAT again so let’s see some stores opened! And more importantly, open IN the Los Angeles area. Many stores open in “the boonies” (like Rancho Cucamonga or Ontario) and theny proudly state they they have locations “in the Los Angeles area.” Boonies does not equal Los Angeles!!! Admittedly, areas like Rancho Cucamonga have the “types” of people that would be more likely to eat donuts on a regular basis…but STILL…come on back to Los Angeles, ya hear?
Just came back from DUNKINDONUTS (located inside Plaza Bintaro, Tangerang/Bintaro, country: INDONESIA) at 1.00pm. There’s a girl who serve me at that time, called NURHANASAH or something like that. I don’t like her attitude, the way she serving customer like me. It’s quiet, not much customers back then, but she act like i’m ordering too slow for her standard, like when I pointing this and that, she got confussed and suddenly talking to herself (but actually words from his mouth are definitely for me), like I haven’t decide my mind. Get real, that attitude is suck !! I got the money, so I free to choose this and that, and she has no right to get upset like that, in front of me. Definitely this girl has never heard of “Customer always right” phrase. I hope DUNKIN heard this and fire this hooker for good.
My husband and I are addicted to DD fresh brewed flavored coffee. DD just recently changed the way the brew the flavored coffee from flavored grinds to regular brew with flavored syrup. It is disgusting and such a disappointment!!!!! Now we go to Starbucks…
j.fred and scott agree that Dunkin’ Donuts should go back to using their old box style instead of switching over to the Krispy Kreme way of boxing up donuts. Stay the course man!
We need Dunkin Donuts here in Portugal!
Do you know that most of the franchisees are portuguese?
yeaH dunkin’ donuts…hope all your krispy kreme donuts do dunkin’ here in digos city, it’s only in davao city kasi and do we still have to commute pa going there just to buy donuts? i dont think so. hope meron ng branch of dunkin’ donuts here in digos city. pa-share naman dyan…i bet magiging “in” at mabenta yan dito kasi mahilig ang pinoy sa donuts! heheh! cool!! dunkin’ donuts you’re the best! i love you dunkin’ donuts!
I like fish Fish I like peanut butter oohhhh ahhhh

Scientific formula for making coffee…
(a’ la starbucks) 6 oz. water to one scoop of coffee, then brew, or drip. if you over-do on the water, you’re drinking water!, and that goes for flavors too, coffee is coffee, no two ways about it, all the other flavors are a joke, but someone is surely making “the $” !!!
HI…..
I just want to say that I have been to Dunkin Donuts in Madrid and Mexico and found it rather consistent.
However, i am not sure why Dunkin Donuts has been unsuccessful in south Texas. Can anyone answer this question?
We need Dunkin’ Donuts here in Nebraska! All we have is Krispy Kreme, and they’re terrible. Their donuts are greasy and tasteless and just awful.
Is there any easy way for me to get a dozen in India?
thanks
DD SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Niknud Stunod
I am not a big donut fan, but I do love the coffee.
Are you sure?”
So, Dunkin’ Donuts, get your *** out here!!!!
-A would-be Dunkin Donuts regular, Rob
Why????
I think a large should be $1.75.
Whatever happened to the original “Dunkin Donut”? That’s all I ever bought, and now it’s gone!!!! Why?
Will the French Crullers ever come back… They were my favorite!
Dunkin Donuts Please Read This !!!!
DD’s coffee is 100 times better than starbucks. Everytime I’m at Ohare, I have to get a cup with cream and sugah.

I used to work at a Dunkin Donuts for 10 years before my “retirement”
I could run 90%+ of the daily operation and had a Gold Pin with the word “Manager” on it.
Corperate, Please read…
I read a post by Rob from CA and he nailed the problem right on the head. It is a really unusual thing for me to meet someone who will say “I didn’t like it.”
I would like to suggest something:
Thank you for reading this… I do appreciate it…
xoxo,
gee
hey there… I love Dunkin Donuts but haven’t been there in years. This is making me hungry. I’m planning a trip thre this morning! Thanks for the blog.
Whenever I manage to find a DD in Florida, it is always out of blueberry muffins. Why not make enough of these most popular of muffins to meet demand?
In response to V Latella’s post…
Yeah, there was a Dunkin Donuts in New Haven, CT that was doing that…it was disgusting.

Dunkies, please say it ain?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t so.
dunkin Donuts franchises are currentlt just defrosting the donuts then leaving them sit out exposed to open air to get stale then they over charge for donuts that are hard as rocksthose of you with no dunkin donuts nearby are not missing anything
CAN’T THEY ORDER MORE, IT SEEMS THEY MUST SELL A LOT IF THEY ARE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT.
your dunkin donuts store in reford
is filty i don`t mean the store is filty but the way they handle their donuts.i have seen them take donuts out of the store in the snow uncovered, put them in a filty car take them somewhere bring them back, and put them back on the
rack to be sold.they allso do it in the rain.just today when they
thought that i was gone the girl
went out in the back and took some out of the car.they are luck they haven`t killed someone with food posining or some other jerm.i use to by donuts there but now the
safest thing to buy is coffee and ice cream.there is no health cards
noone washes their hands the baker stays in the toliet.
this complaint is for the corporate heads.not to put all stores down but this one is filty
and the same people own all of them.
my next step is to get the health
department to look into this and
anybody else that it may take.
-Rob in CA
Oh, by the way i live in Winter Haven Fl. I Just sent the message before this one.
look donkin donuts loves i just worked there for about a year in Maine and they don’t even use real favor coffee any more they use the favor shots now and the coffee does not even tast the same and they treat their worker unfairly and there is a ass. manger asking underage school kids that work there how much it would be to if two underage girls sleep with him at the same time now come on how would you feel if that happend to you or any of your underage kids i know that i would not be too happy with that this is just a worker that is trying to give you people the truth
will have a good day and think about where your underage child wants to work next or even working right now!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi,
I’m originally from NYC and grew up with Dunkin Donuts…..now that I’ve moved to California…there are NO DD!! I miss DD!!
KK just doesnt cut it for me, neither do the little mom & pop donut shops. Is there any chance that DD will ever come to California? pat6462@hotmail.com
HEY, I have an idea….you offer coffee subscriptions why not offer that for doughnuts as well. I know I would sign up the same day you offered it.
Hey, DD! Why don’t you make a “Bring yourself back” t-shirt?
I will no longer puchase a cup of Hazelnut coffee as it tastes awful and also leaves an after taste. Dunkin’ Donuts is going down hill with these flavor shots.
You put the cool in coolatta and the grounds in underground by sponsoring Little Steven’s underground garage. I like Krispy Kreme donuts better, but haven’t eaten one since the show went on the air. Also, I’ve discovered my wife loves your hazelnut coffee.

Yo - So has anyone tried the new Turbo Ice drink yet?
Have you even heard of it?
I work with the company in New York who designed the Slacker Turtle web page to help Dunkin’ promote the new drink.
Check it out - www.turbo-ice.com
Spread the word! Try the drink!
Then come back and let me know what you think
Enjoy!
The Slacker Turtle
Yo Slacker!
This post has been removed by the author.
Wow..I love this!! Where’d you come up with a name like Turbo Ice?
Thanks soooo much…I’m gonna get ‘turbo’ed now!
Please go back to useing the flavored beans for flavored coffee. The flavor shots are awful. I miss my Hazelnut and French Vanilla.
$$$$$$$$WHY DID THE PRICES GO UP IF D&D IS SAVING MONEY BY USEING FLAVOR SHOTS, WHICH MAKES THE COFFEE TASTE BAD. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Your company opened a new store in
Laurel Md. It’s been open for a
very short time, and already they
sold me bad donuts. If I had wanted
a door knocker I could have gone to
a hardware store. Shame to the management of that store for letting such bad products remain
on the shelf to be sold. When I got to my job I went in my bag to
eat a donut, and was not able to.

Best Coffee in the world, no one can beat Dunkin Donuts!
My husband and I are addicted to DD fresh brewed flavored coffee. DD just recently changed the way the brew the flavored coffee from flavored grinds to regular brew with flavored syrup. It is disgusting and such a disappointment!!!!! Now we go to Starbucks…
